Hardresults Baseball is owned and operated by Dionandre Josenberger, a former collegiate baseball player at Pratt Community College and Fort Hays State University. After concluding his playing career at Fort Hays State in 1996, he immediately began coaching and has spent nearly three decades developing athletes and helping players reach their full potential.

Coach D believes that confidence is the foundation of athletic performance. His player-development philosophy combines professional-level instruction with physical and mental preparation, giving athletes the tools they need to compete with confidence and consistency. Every training session is designed to teach players not only how to improve, but why the game is played a certain way, creating smarter, more complete athletes.

Today, Coach D serves as the Head Baseball Coach at Staley High School while continuing to provide elite hitting, fielding, and player development instruction through Hardresults Baseball. His mission is simple: to help every athlete maximize their potential through purposeful training, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
